Jim Hjelm's bridesmaid dress wanted

Season's greetings everyone,
I need some advice on some bridal stores in NY or NJ or websites where I can get Jimmy Hjelm bridesmaid dresses at a affordable price. We went to a place this past weekend and $255.00 was way out of our price range . My girls are looking to spend no more than $200.00 for the same dress!!! Any ideas on websites I can order from since I know the style #?

Any help will be appreciated!

You can negotiate prices with some places if you buy a few at a time. I had 7 girls so my price of $255 pp went to $200 pp, but that is before alterations. I bought mine at Bridal Reflections in Carle Pl. Hoep this helps!

I second Netbride. The quotes were much more reasonable than the stores.

RK BRIDAL! RK BRIDAL! RK BRIDAL! in Manhattan. They will beat anyprice given. That is their motto. Do the No Frills program- much cheaper! And they have the whole line of jh. You must check out the 39th street warehouse.

Try Elizabeth's Bridal in Hoboken. They were having a trunk show for Jim Hjelm and we received 20% discount the week that we ordered my BM's dresses. They also give discounts of I think $20-30/dress. You should call them out and find out.

The Bride's Best Friend in Englewood New Jersey. It's right over the bridge. No tax, but they also don't do alterations. The girls would have to bring the dresses to their own seamstress, which is sometimes cheaper than having them done at the place.

I agree with RKBRidal. They will match anyprice for any dress. I bought ,my BM dresses there. Although they were not Jim Helm they were impression, I used the no frills and the dresses were $150 with shipping!!!

Also, if you shop and find your dress for less then theirs they will match it!!

Definately a place to go.

RK Bridal will only match prices that are in writing and only if the vendor who's price they are matching is an authorized dealer of the manufacturer. That's what I was told by RK Bridal. I like RK Bridal ALOT - I'm getting my gown from them, but Netbride beat their 'no frills' JH BM dress prices by $15.00. Heathers in Fort Lee, NJ is also a good boutique. And they do alterations there. I think there will be a JH trunk show there in the next month or so.

We got ours at Lestans in Bklyn, I don't think you cnnot order it from their website, they give you a listing of places that you can purhase them.

Commack Wedding Center had the most affordable dresses I saw. I did not end up ordering my dress there, but I told my salon the price Commack Wedding Center was going to give it to me at and they matched it. Its worth a try and I know that the Wedding Center sells Jim Hjelm.

We ordered our Bridesmaids dresses from Netbride.com and they are wonderful
they are jim hjelm and they shipped super quick and the price was great.

In the store price was $230 without tax
and on netbride.com $155 with tax and shipping,
definitely worth it

karenj - you mentioned NJ, in Hoboken Elizabeth Bridal has Jim Helm and on Jan 16 - 19 they are having a Jim Helm trunk show and offering 20% off - check them out!

Go to Cathy's Bridal in Lindenhurst (i belive) on sunrise hwy. I found the one i want from Jim Hjelm there. and it is only $120. they are a small place, but they got the dresses, and they are cheap.
