Duet brides - Video question

Brides who used Duet for video - how long did it take you to get your video? It's been almost 4 months since my wedding and I haven't heard anything from them.

They asked me to fill out that form to pick the songs only about 2 months ago and per that form, it said they wouldn't start working on your video till they receive the form (why couldn't they have asked us to fill out this form PRIOR to the wedding so that they can start working on the video right away?!)

I sent in my video form about 2 months ago and I still haven't received my video. I'm starting to get a little impatient too.

It takes a while but it well worth it!! They did a great job on my video!
