Has anyone ever had a bad experience with Pedestals? Not so much the quality of the turnout (when all is said and done), but the lack of communication with the vendor itself. Especially the crunch time a few weeks before the wedding. I used Marchella? I do not think this reflects the vendor as much as the agent involved. . If I am wrong then that is fine.
