favorite snack food / dessert

when you're on the couch, and just want a snack (not something outrageous, just the normal mini-treat), what do you grab?

frozen yogurt/ice milk for a dessert.
For a snack....pita chips, cashews....whatever we have in the house.

we munch on a lot of cashews too! Actually, a lot of nuts in general.... (frequently with a few m&m's and dried fruit mixed in... )
