Anyone looking to rent a nice 1-bedroom?

DH and I found a house and the offer has been accepted. We go to contract on Saturday. We are closing in mid-January. Everyone keep their fingers crossed for us, please.
My parents have decided to buy my condo from me as an investment. They are looking to rent it 2/1.

It is in a nice complex in Ronkonkoma, 1 bedroom, walk in closet, full bath (new), big living room/dinning room and a full kitchen (though not a large one). The complex has a beautiful inground pool, clubhouse, newly paved parking lots and evening security guard. It is also close to the LIRR and LIE, as well as Smithhaven Mall. Congrats on the house! My FI and I just found out last night that our offer was accepted too...I am really excited but also a litte freaked as this means we will be moving out of the city for the 'burbs!!! Wow - you must be psyched you're already on the contract phase. We hope to have that done next week. Good luck to you - where are you guys moving to?

We are really excited and this came very unexpected. We were not going to start looking for a few months but my parent's friend owns an investment property and he offered it to us at a good price. We didn't want to pass it up. The house is in Ronkonkoma, Brookhaven side, it is almost in Holbrook really.
