anyone have any grilled recipes to share? Steak, chicken, pork?

Marinades? Anything different?

Thanks! I want to use my grill pan a bit more often and I think I need to make steak for DH one of these days. Thanks!

Re: anyone have any grilled recipes to share? Steak, chicken, pork?

i usually just drizzle a little extra virgin olive oil, a dash of soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, mrs. dash, parsley, salt, and pepper -- then i stick it with a fork a few times, and stick a few whole peeled cloves of garlic into some of the spaces!

i do the same for chicken (without the garlic cloves) and sometimes add lemon juice or italian dressing

Re: anyone have any grilled recipes to share? Steak, chicken, pork?

i have an awesome AWESOME pork recipe...and the best part??? It's a 30minute meal ....and it's soooooo good!!!!!

Plum Glazed Pork Tenderloin

you'll need:

1/2 Cup Plum sauce (i get mine where the asian sauces are in the supermarket it's called Kum-lee something....can't remember the full name!)

2 tbs. lime juice
2 scallions - minced
2 garlic cloves - minced
1 tsp. ginger
1 nice size pork tenderloin
2 tbs. vegetable oil
salt & pepper
------------------------------------------

1) Combine plum sauce, lime juice, scallions, garlic and ginger in bowl and mix well

2)Cut tenderloin into 1inch think medallions. Season with salt and pepper, and grill in veg. oil. Grill untill pork is cooked thoroughly(juices should run clear) and sides are just beginning to brown.

3) Pour glaze over meat and cook 1-2 minutes longer(just untill glaze is hot)

4) Transfer to platter, cover with foil & let stand for 5minutes.

Serve with rice & a vegetable!

TOTALLY DELISH!!!!!!
