Please help!!! Has anyone used or heard anything good or bad about M&V Limos or Sir Oliver limos

Please help!! My FH and I are starting to look into limos we are trying to decide what limo company would be good to use. We went to Sir Oliver and like them but we know nothing about them Has anyone used them or heard anything about them? We also have an appointment with M&V Limos has anyone heard anything about them or used them? Please help us thank you.

I'm not using them, but I've heard really good things about Sir Oliver. They were highly recommended by my DOC. We went with All Star who also has a good rep.

As for M&V, do a search. There's been a lot of unhappy brides in the past.

I read a glowing review of sir oliver on here once before...i'm not certain who it was - but she got married recently & used them..

Do a search on Here for M&V.....many many neg comments about them. We used Sir Oliver and HIGHLY recommend them......they were great!!!!

i used M & V limo for my wedding 3 weeks ago and they were perfect. The limos arrived 15min early, clean, and on time. The drivers were sweethearts they ran to hold my boq-k anytime i needed to put it down and helped me in and out of the car.

HOWEVER, i called them 5 times that week lol to make sure they arrive on time witht he right limos b/c they have a really bad rep on here. They have lots of complaints and im not sure if i would risk booking them even though thankfully my experiance with them was PERFECT!

What about Legend limos? Are they any good?

I wouldn't go for m&v. from on here the girls, to makeup artists I meet. they have horrible reviews.

I am using Sir Oliver without having ever visited there based SHEERLY on the overwhelming amount of review here. They have been accomodating and really nice on the phone.

My friend had put a deposit on MV limos and then realized they had BBB complaints filed against them so she went elsewhere. Then again another girl here just raved about them!

Did a bridal fair once. M&V paid for a table and never showed up. Not good!

i've heard many many MANY (and only) good things about Sir Oliver...u should have no worries with them. M&V on the other hand have MAJOR complaints and horror stories....while their prices are super cheap, there's a reason for it. Not only will u find rants on here, but they also have major complaints with the Better Business Bureau. My advice is to not even bother looking at them....my SIL's MOH used them for her wedding (even though she was warned!) and her rolls broke down on the side of the road!!!! no joke! and i know this sounds really exaggerated but this has happened to SO many people! go with sir oliver! another great company is serenity limousines in patchogue...we read a lot of good things about them so we checked them out...they worked out a GREAT price for us good luck!

i used M&V limos for my prom many many years back. I remember them being fine but for prom standards.

MV Limo isnt super cheap...thats not why we booked them....but i wouldnt book MV limo just for the peace of mind and not worrying.

Read my reviewon the review board. I used Sir Oliver for my June wedding and they were absolutely amazing. Best vendor we used by far!

I used Sir Oliver and they were great. My limo driver went out and bought me hairspray and tape while we were in church.. she was awesome. She had fun music downloaded on her ipod and we were rocking out in the limo.. I would def go with them

Do a search on Sir Oliver on the The Bride's Review board---you'lll find GLOWING reviews. i used them (you can see my review) and they were A W E S O M E!

i would run far and fast from M&V

FH and I use M&V all the time! We get a limo from them at least once a month for an outing and I have never had complaints...

Once they called us 4 hours prior to pick up and let us know that the limo we originally booked has broken AC, so they told us they would be ugrading us to a stretch Hummer! (We only booked an 8 passanger lincoln!)

I've never had a problem with them! Hope it stays that way!
