Addressing Save the Dates
How formal does the addressing of save the dates have to be? Do I need to put Mr. and Mrs. John P. Doe and Family? Do I need to put middle names? Do I need to spell out the house number?

Re: Addressing Save the Dates
I just started mine today, and I am keeping them very simple. I just wrote mr. &mrs. ___ and I did not spell out the street number. Good Luck! Oh, on a side note, I ordered my invites today and I put Flowerfield, not Flowerfield Celebrations.

Re: Addressing Save the Dates
I think you only need to spell out 'one' with proper ettiquette...maybe up to 'twelve'It would depend on what kind of feel you want to create...I think being formal is nice...how many times in the mail do you get a formal letter or note?

Re: Addressing Save the Dates
I think STDs are usually less formal than the actual invitations, but I like the formal look, and will probably be formal in mine. As for writing out the house numbers, etc, . . .I wouldn't think that is necessary, but I would go with the formal Mr. and Mrs. . . .

Re: Addressing Save the Dates
I would suggest keeping the formality of the 'Mr & Mrs' part but not on the numbers.

Re: Addressing Save the Dates
Only address them to the people you are inviting. If kids are not invited to the wedding then do not include them on the STD card. Keep it a bit more casual if yyou want. I did Micheal and Barbara Jones, not Mr & Mrs Michael Jones.Welcome New Vendors
