Does Anyone Have A Wedding Day Timeline for a 2:30 wedding?
I am not sure how to do the timeline, it is stressing me out. The wedding ceremony is suppost to start at 2:30pm, hair appointment is at 9:00am, and makeup at 10:30am.What time should I have the flowers delivered and set up at the church? Recetption?
What time should I have the cake and caterers (caterers are also delivering the table linens) be at the reception site to set up?
About what time should I be at the church and what about everyone else in the wedding party and th photographer?
PLEASE HELP!!!

You shouldn't have to worry about when things are delivered. Your florist, church and caterer usually talk amongst themselves. Check with them to make sure. I never had to discuss that stuff with any of them. Here was my timeline: (Granted, DH and I were in two separate hotels, only 10 minutes from the church)
**8:00-my hair being done (I went early because we had 10 girls to do and I wanted to hang out with them before getting my make-up done at the last minute. I chose to have my make-up done after everything so I could wait to put my contacts in.)
**9:30-hung out at the salon, drinking mamosas and eating (VERY IMPORTANT TO EAT!). We had a deli right next to the salon. I am so glad I had this extra time to chill out with the girls!!!
**10:30-finishing touches to my hair
**11:00-brushed my teeth (IMPORTANT BEFORE MAKE-UP!) put contacts in and started my make-up
**11:40-walked out of salon to get to my suite at the hotel, only 5 minutes away
(I laid out everything the night before to ensure I had everything I needed to get dressed and not worry about having to run back to the apartment. I literally had an assembly line set-up, underwear, stockings, dress, jewelry, etc.)
**1:00-photographer showed to get pics of me and the girls, along with my parents (I told him when we met before the wedding that I wanted to be fully dressed before he came in. But many girls want those pictures of getting dressed.)
**1:45-limo picked up DH and the boys at their hotel
**2:10-limo picked me up with the girls.
**2:30 ceremony
I hope this helps you!!!

Re: Does Anyone Have A Wedding Day Timeline for a 2:30 wedding?
I am having a 2:30 wedding mass..my makeup person will be here around 8:00 and at 8:30 ready to take the first person - so her hair appointment should be at 8:00am. Then we are just going to have girls getting their hair done and then getting their makeup done.
As for your vendors- they will tell you. I believe my photographer will be here around 1 that day to start taking some pictures.

I made up my own. But my hair and make-up person, along with my photog and limo gave suggestions. They are the pros!!
All I have to say is: Give yourself enough time!!!!! It's better to have an extra hour for things you might not expect. It's not like you'll be sleeping anyway!
