i call mine 'chili dip' super easy and everyone loves it. i dont know if its exactly what you are thinking of but maybe it will help:
1 package cream cheese
1 can chili (NO BEANS)
1 package shredded cheddar cheese

in a 'microwave safe' dish (glass pyrex round pie pan works great) spread the cream cheese. then layer the chili, cover with shredded cheese. microwave until cheese is melted......super fast, super easy, super yummy! good luck

I love that dip. I make it with refried beans instead of chilli...very yummy!

That's the one i make too, but i use beans instead of chili and i add some salsa on top of the beans!!

I call mine Bean Dip:

you need a layer of refried beans (1 can)
a layer of sour cream
a layer of salsa
a layer of mexican mix cheese

put it in the oven until the cheese melts and ur done!

I'm not much of a cook and this is sooo easy and its a definite crowd pleaser!

I LOVE this dip and whenever I make it - HUGE hit - Never served mine with Fritos... I will have to try next time (I LOVE fritos) yummmy!

I do a very similar to one posted above, but with salsa. LOVE IT!

smooth out a package of Cream Cheese at the bottom of pie pan.
layer salsa on top of that
then top that with shredded Mexican cheese that mixes Monterey and cheddar and all that (I think it's called 4 cheese)
put in oven til cheese melts!
