Possibly the Ronkonkoma Club or something like that. Also, someone told me that years ago it was a bowling alley..with a predominantly gay clientele!

I was married there last September. I have no idea what it used to be called, but I do know that it is considered an historical site. I also know that they still have a bowling alley inside one of the buildings and it is in operation. As a matter of fact we could have used it if we have wanted to, for an additional charge, during the reception(it was not in the building that our reception was in). The same part of the building that the bowling alley is in also has a bar area and an area with tables and chairs and video games. They do not use this area for weddings, unless someone requests it. The Beach Club, which is owned by the same people who own Windows on the Lake, has had considerable work done, especially on the grounds and it was absolutely beautiful on our wedding day. We were married outside in the gazebo right on the water.

I am getting married there in Sept. and I found out when I went back there recently that it use to be called the Lighthouse which is ironic being that I LOVE Lighthouses. There still is a 4 lane bowling alley there. My FH is an avid bowler and they are going to let us take a few pics in there.
