Weight Watchers! How are we all doing on it?

O.K. girls. week 3.

Second weigh in and i lost an addition 1.8lbs giving me a total of 3.8lbs in 2 weeks.

I have been doing 3-4 spin classes a week, so I was definitely hoping to see a bigger drop this week but after 2 weeks on core Im now going to give the flex plan a shot. FH is doing flex and is down 12.4 lbs as of today...MEN!!!

How is everyone else doing?

I had a 'few' martinis last night, anyone know how many points I should count that as?

Congrats all your hard work will soon pay off. WW and exercise is a great combo. I am thinking of joining this week. I have been putting it off for too long. I need some help with my will power.

I lost 1.8 this week also. A total of 14.8. I reached my 10% goal. I set my lifetime goal for 120. I have to lose 7 more to be a lifetime memeber

That was me. I tried doing it on my own but every week I would cheat until finally I decided to go. I love it. When you know someone else is seeing your weigh you ten to stick to it more, well at least that what I think

Thanks girl. I wish you lived closer we could go to the gym together and work out. I also go walking a lot by my house. You will reach your goal. Just keep at it.
