Re: round or square wedding cake?!

Does she have a website that way you can see the cakes. When you see them you will know for sure what you like.

Re: round or square wedding cake?!

I think it really depends on how you are decorating the cake...My cake has swags, so it made more sense to me to go with round. I think they both are beautiful though!

Re: round or square wedding cake?!

it's much less the shape than it is the style of decoration....

search the knot and martha stewart and look for pics of cakes you like...

you'll notice a trend, and then can email the pics to your baker....

Re: round or square wedding cake?!

I think square looks more modern, so think of it that way. Is your reception classic or more modern?

I'm having a cheesecake wedding cake too! My mom's making it, it's the one from the old Martha Stewart's 'Weddings' book, the one from the 80s. Great cake, she made it for my sister's wedding. It will have two tiers, as we're also having a cupcake tower and a groom's cake. Lotsa cake!

Re: round or square wedding cake?!

I voted for round but I really like both...

I have a question regarding the Cheesecake cake though...

Doesn't it have to be refigerated??? Won't it go bad if it sits out for like 4 hours?
