Poll: Couples or Sandals resort in Jamaica for honeymoon

We're thinking about where we want to stay for our honeymoon. We'll most likely be getting married in Jamaica and due to fiances will probably be staying there for our honeymoon. We're thinking of Couples or Sandals. Which would you pick and why?? Are there any other awesome couples only resorts in Jamaica? Thans girls!! So much for Costa Rica or Italy...Damn small budget

Sandals - cause that is where I'm staying in the Bahamas next week!

I JUST got back from Couples Ocho Rios, and it was FANTASTIC. The reason we chose Couples over Sandals, was because Couples was a little smaller and more intimate, and many of the tours & water sports that they charge you for at Sandals....you get for free at Couples!

BTW--Hedonism is also couples only. don't let the name sway you...it's run by Superclubs and i hear they are great!

Haven't been to either but in a bridal magazine i read recently they were raving about couples resort in Jamaica and talked about what great service you get there.

I've been to Couples Swept Away in Negril and it was AMAZING. They've made some great improvements since I was there so it should be even better now. The service was great and I didn't feel like just a number there.

Yes i have to agree...the service at COR was INCREDIBLE. they really went above and beyond!

Great pics MJDoc. Congrats on your wedding!!! It looks like you guys had a great time I think Couples resorts are cheaper than Sandals resorts too, which would be a big plus in my book!

sounds like it from the review i read...it was on the top 10 destinations to go to on your honeymoon...This was under best service if i remember correctly

We stayed at Sunset at the Palms in Negril.... absolutely AMAZING!!! we LOVED it! FM for details or go on their website: www.sunsetatthepalms.com

FYI: it is SO QUIET.... the Sandals and Couples were JAMMED and our beach was nice and quiet.... they have some activities.... but it's quiet... it's not the place if you want to go clubbing or get too crazy, but we just wanted to relax so it was perfect for us!
