I used vistaprint.com You can upload your own designs or use templates of theirs. I just ordered 100 high-gloss, heavy card stock postcards from there today. (pics in my profile...I went with the calla lily one) They had a Presidents Day sale and I got them for free!! I just paid for shipping!! I'm going to go to the craft store and buy the magnet sheets to stick to the back to make them magnets.
I'm not sure if you can still get that sale, but I know they have GREAT prices all the time and they always have great sales going on too!!

I looked up royalty free images you can normally download them for a dollar. I printed them through an ebay printer. 100 magnets for $50. If you don't want magnets I'm sure he could print post cards because it was on an actual printing press. Mine are in my album if you want to see them. I didn't do anything too mushy because most of them are going to guys and I didn't think they would display them on their college fridges if they were too mushy.
