? on DIY Pocketfolds

I just bought a lot of stuff from paper presentation today but I am at a loss at what to do. How do you print your invitations to come out the size you want on the paper. I bought 5x7 invites but the paper is 8.5 x 11 This is so confusing!!!!!

Re: ? on DIY Pocketfolds

first double-check the exact measurement of the part of the pocketfold where the info is going on.

then decide if you want the written information to cover the entire space or if you're going to want a background of some sort.

if you want a background, then the written info will be on a smaller space.

you can create the written info in ms word using text boxes the size you want/need. you can make it so that the outline on the text box is very light, so that it's easy to see when you're ready to cut.

if i confused you more than you were, let me know and i'll walk you through it
