How much do you plan on spending on your BM's gifts?

I have bought the BM's an inexpensive necklace to wear on the day of the wedding, and Im thinking that Im going to make baskets for all of them with a bunch of other stuff in them. But I dont want to go overboard or too cheap, so I wondered what everybody else thinks is fair.

I am spending about $100 - $150 for my bridesmaid and up to $200 for my MOH. They are paying for my shower (there are just 2 of them) as well as all the other things they pay for, so I want to say thank you.
So far I bought them garnet & diamond earrings at Fortunoff, to wear on the day. I'm not sure what else. My MOH and I will go for mani & pedi the day before and I plan on treating for that. Maybe her hair and/or make-up the day of.

I have 9 bridesmaids and we're spending around $50 each - we bought them a pair of garnet earings they can wear on the wedding day.

I bought my BMs necklaces from Tiffany for about $85

I am also getting them all a message, mani and pedi...

for my helpers I got them a nice journal, some fragrances from the GAP and they will come with us for mani and pedi


for GM...we are getting them a bottle of scotch (about $50) and a poker/card set $20...

i am making them baskets and spending about $50-75 on each girl (6 all together). i'm putting into the baskets a silver mirror w/ their names engraved, lotions, a small picture frame with a pretty thank you i'm going to make and put in the frame. another thing i am putting in is a tiny lenox bowl filled with soaps and a lenox vase. lenox has favors they seel, its $50 for a box of 10 but you can request one of each favor free and pay only $3.95 shipping and handling. so i ordered one bowl and one vase and had my mom and his mom and some friends do the same, instead of buying the boxes. i'm also thinking about getting them a small pair of earrings in a box.

I plan on spending about $110 each for my 4 girls. Showers are so expensive nowadays and with all they have to do (even though they agreed to be part of my day), I still want to show them my thanks. I was thinking of scanning pictures in and gluing them to a box that they could use or display (pics from over the years). They are also getting diamond pendants to wear the day of and I found friendship candles and friendship frames.

I bought their dresses ($200+) so I'm planning to give them a small $20 or so gift at the rehersal dinner.

I am doing monogram robes with bubble bath and a scented candle for all 8 of my girls. I also got my sister a collector plate (we collect those) about how much I love being her sister and paid 1/2 of her dress. For my best friend, also a MOH, I paid for her makeup trial (only $20), plan on paying for her makeup the day off and will get her a pair of earrings (her favoriate jewerly). All in all each BM will cost about $80-100 depending on where I get the robes and my MOHs will run about $100 more than that. My Moms are paying for the shower but still between the gowns, shoes etc..it really adds up quick.

I got them each a robe (on sale - and backorder - from Fortunoffs), a pj set (on sale from the gap), and I am making a basket filled with stuff from Bath & Body Works. I spent about $100 on each - Only because I happened to get such great deals -

Did you get the robes from Fortunoff online? Where are you getting them monogramed?

I did get the robes online. They were $20!! They are backordered - expected delivery is about 8 weeks. There was really no color selection but I didn't mind the off-white - I think they might have had navy blue too. I am not getting them monogrammed but I think you can get them done at Fortunoffs - even if you get them online.

I love your idea! Where did you find the lenox bowl and vase? Are they on-line anywhere?
