Limos - Price per Hour? Any places with no time minimum?

I'm just starting to look at limos.

I know usually there is a 3 hour minimum.

Are there any limo companies that don't require a 3 hour minimum?

How much per hour should I expect to pay?

Double Diamond Limos is who I'm using and they don't have a min if you don't need it.

We looked at Double Diamond and they had pretty good prices. But we went with Romantique instead. We just felt more comfortable with them.
