I am using a woman from a local salon where I'll be getting ready - I had my hair trial last week and loved it. The best part - it's only $60 for me and $50 for my BP

I'm using Margaret who works with Jackie from imakeupyou. They are both really good.

She is on maternity leave until my wedding 7/14

I'm using Marina from Salon Commisso in Port Washington. Don't have her number handy, but she's in the book. I'd never been to the salon before my trial, but I'll be getting ready in PW and wanted to use someone local.

i used Rosa from Dirosa hair salon in Franklin Square,,, its 50 for bride 35 for BM... they book up VERY fast though,

Yabbobay - I am using Dawn also....

A few months ago, I read your posting on Dawn and I went to her for a trial. She thought it was so funny that she was on this site. Any way, I was going to do my hair half up half down but I changed my mind so I need yet another trial. I was going to have her do it on the day of my bachelorette party which is July 27th. I made the appt. but I just got a call that she isn't coming abck until Aug 1st. My wedding is the 9th (Swan CLub too) and I am getting nervous that she won't be around. She seemed very reliable though but I would like to get a trial in. Any suggestions? You can email me at [email protected] if you prefer.

imakeyouup is in Massapequa, right? How are their prices? Did you have your trial with them? I'm guessing they do both hair and makeup? (A lot of questions, I know...)
