card holder at wedding

someone asked about this...i said my fmil made one for her daughter, but i keep forgetting to get a pic.
i found this one on the web but the one my fmil made is so much nicer then this one....but at least you have an idea.

the one she made looked like a real cake in the pic. this one is nice, but nothing special about it.

if you dont have anyone to hold your bag, this is a good idea!!!!

Now that freaks me out! I wanted the card box, but now I'm nervous to do it. I was going to make the photo cube and put a lock on it so not just anyone can open it.

I thought about this also. I want to do the photocube, but I was nervous. FH's uncle said he would not only lock the box for us, but screw it in to some type of table that we would bring ourselves to the hall this way unless someone walks out with the table (which someone will notice!), it will be pretty difficult to get inside. I don't know if this will work or not so still debating.

Re: card holder at wedding

I'm doing a card box. It is going on the table to the left of me where there is no exit. If anyone tries to steal at my Italian wedding they will definitely be found and delt with!

Re: card holder at wedding

My friend's mom got one made for her and gave it to her as a present at her shower. It's not a great pic since it's far away, but she had them use sunflowers to go with her theme.

Re: card holder at wedding

I worked for an insurance company and we insured a hotel that had a wedding in their hall. A stranger snuck into the wedding and stole all the envelopes out of the box.

I will get a family member to hold my envelopes.
