Now, if I could just get my proofs! Should be next week sometime. We figure (hope) we'll be able to pick a thank you photo quickly and get those done right away so I can send out the thank yous before Thanksgiving!!! Wheeeeeeeeeeee!! :)

God bless! It's a good feeling when they are done, isn't it? Smart that you got right in there and did them before the holidays take off. You just reminded me, we just got a belated wedding gift last week and I need to send one out...

Ahhh, feels great!! :)

Actually, I just realized today that I didn't send out thank yous for my birthday which was on my honeymoon! Shame on me!! Fortunately, I only have about 6 to write vs. the 70-something wedding thank yous!! I'll do them tonight!! :)

I'm only about 1/3 through mine and were married on 9/14. I have to get moving on them this week.

I'm with you Fran. Got married 9/15 and about 1/3 the way. UGH! It takes forever. I'm usually so punctual with Thank you's but it's an ordeal :-) We are so lucky to have so many gifts to be thanking people for and hear I am complaining :-)

? are you sending thank you notes to ...

people who came but did not give a gift? We only have a few people in this catagory and I planned to send them a thank you for spending the day with us... One of my bridesmaids said it was inappropriate and it might make these people feel guilty - what do you think?

Everyone gets a thank you!

We were very lucky, I guess?? Every one that came gave us a gift! Unbelievable generosity, really! Anyway, if there had been anyone without a gift, I still would send them a thank you for sharing in our happiness...like you said. :)

Just a thought.....

Maybe they did send you something and it got lost in the mail, lost somewhere else, etc. If they get a thank you that doesn't mention their gift they will know that you didn't receive it. So maybe it's a good idea for that purpose, as well.
