garlic, onion, salt, pepper, red pepper, fresh parsley. I just add seasoning and grind it really really well.

Re: What do you add to your meatballs?

Sausage. Seriously. I take 1 or 2 sweet Italian sausages and 1 hot Italian sausage... I squeeze it out of the casing and mix it in with the ground beef. Then I sweat my veggies (bell pepper, onion and garlic) and add that. Then I mix in bread crumbs, egg, a pinch of oregano, a dash of parsley, salt, pepper and a bit of parmesan cheese. I make them into balls and bake them until they are cooked ... then I sprinkle fresh parsley over them. DELICIOUS!

Re: What do you add to your meatballs?

Ital. seasoned bread crumbs, eggs, graded romano cheese, alittle minced garlic, alittle pinch of salt & pepper. Since the breadcrumbs has alot in it no need to overdue it.........

Do you bake or pan fry them? Also after you cook them through them into your sauce for a few hours and let them soak up the sauce, TASTEY ~

Re: What do you add to your meatballs?

I drop in pieces of italian bread broken up instead of breadcrumbs.

Edited to say
I also pan fry them until brown and then let them sit in the sauce while the sauce is cooking! Delish!

Re: What do you add to your meatballs?

Try using a beef/pork/veal mixture...I actually leave out the veal now and just use beef/pork b/c i don't eat it but my family has always used this mix and they are so delicious
be sure to add grated cheese
