WWYD- Help a bride Update!!!!!!!

Okay, one of my good friends is getting married on Sunday at 7pm(we understand that thats not convientent for most people) BUT she is a very good friend of my MOH and I. My MOH live is Fla, she has a three yr. old and a not so understanding FH. He will not take the baby to daycare for the one day while she is in NY, so she finally got the baby a ticket and she was so happy, then she calls me and tells me that her FH will not even take her to the Airport So she found another ride.
She just called me know and said that the baby is really sick and she may not make it. The only advise I could give her is to call our friend and tell her (so she doesnt have to pay) I am not a mom so I dont understand! But I would be so pissed if I was our girlfriend, its her WEDDING DAY!! She will be devistated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Update: SHE IS COMING KNOW, the happy bride is happier.

That is bull. Where do her parents/siblings live? Cab't she ask someone she trusts to watch the baby?

sounds to me like her FH is kind of a douchebag. i mean he made it a difficult as possible for her to go to this wedding.

guys like that should have to sniff my dog's crack.

IMO it kinda sounds like she doesnt want to go because she has made more than one excuse! I hope she calls your friend to let her know so she doesnt have to pay for them!

ETA: I think i read it wrong! It sounds more like FH doesnt want her to go! What a jerk!

It's obvious, this girl doesn't have a lot of help. Her FH sounds like a real winner. Personally I would understand her position if I was a bride, would I be happy, no, but life happens. I think the bride would understand.

Sounds like your friend has a real piece of work for a FH. I'm sure if she really wanted to come she could find arrangements for the baby. I'm sure that your bride freind will be disappointed but will also understand that her hands are tied and her child comes first.

Your friend is in a bad predicament. You have to give her credit for trying, she went through all that BS to come to your friends wedding. I hope she can find a babysitter for the baby.
