DIY Program help! (UPDATE W/ PICS!! at bottom)

For those who did their own programs... how did you do them? Is there a special template you used? I'm trying to do it so it is in a book style, but I'm having a hard time trying to figure out how to get it all printed that way.

I did a tri-fold and a picture of it is in my community album. I bought the paper from AC Moore/Michael's and they have a web site to go to with the measurements on it and all you have to do is enter your program information.

actually I am working on my DIY save the date letter (to go with my magnets) and I bought one of those wedding invitation kits ~ there is a template in the box and you can bring it up online (mine was uprint.com) if you want to check it out! VERY EASY! I have seen the program kits I am sure it is very similar!!
