September too early for fall theme?

I think I'm going to have my wedding in the beginning of September 2008 and I really would like to do a fall theme for decorations. Do you think that it would be too early to use the fall decorations? We want to do early September because we want an outdoor ceremony. Do you think the weather will be nice enough in the beginning of September? Thanks!

I don't think it's too early at all. You can also try doing a grape/vineyard theme. It's tied into the fall since Sept. begins the harvest but is still transitional from the end of summer.

No, not at all.....after all, the stores start to bring our thier fall stuff in August and Fall officially begins in September....Go for it!

and even if it was, its your wedding and you can have whatever you please! LOL
