AAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! BRING A PAPER BAG TO BREATHE INTO!!!!!! I CANT BELIEVE ITS THAT TIME ALREADY!!!!! Well, just make sure you are 100% on all your choices... one thing my cousin requested was that there were PLENTY of knives and forks OUT at the CH. You know how sometimes they are tuff to find?? ESPECIALLY knives to go with forks?? and you are standing there like a shmuck with your plate and no fork b/c they only have ONE basket at the end of a 14' long table hahaha... so she made sure she asked them to just include a few more baskets and make sure to have knives NEXT to the forks! not knives on one side and forks on the other side of the room! lol and it was something i noticed at her CH! It was great-- I didn't say 'Where the hell are forks?!! I've got calamari here!!!!!'

GOOD LUCK HONEY, HTH!!!!!!!!!!

We had the best time with Denise. She was great to work with. She was really helpful in telling us exactly why or why not we should put certain things on the menu. She asks most of the questions, so you don't need to worry bout that. Just beware - I came outta that meeting a little overwhelmed! I got all of the paperwork that we needed to hand in the week before the wedding, but it was so much fun to do! Have fun and tell her I said hi

Nothing too crazy, but it was just a big thing of papers going over the seating chart and you have to fill in every guest and all of the favor info. I think I was just more overwhelmed b/c Denise started talking about me and FH seeing each other before the wedding, so that changed some things.

You need to write down if they favors are for each plate, or per couple or whatever.... You have to fill out a lot of paperwork for seating. I got the direction cards the week before the meal planning and the place cards, that da y
