Help with Bus to/from church

I've posted this on Vendors Helping Brides, but I'm not getting any responses.

We have almost 80% of our guest coming in from OOT and about half of those are coming from out of the country. Our reception is at the hotel that most of the guests are staying at, so we wanted to organize a bus to take them from the hotel to the church and then back again since a lot of them will not have cars or any means of getting to the church.

So I am looking for someplace that I can rent a bus from, any suggestions?

TIA!

Re: Help with Bus to/from church

call Hampton Jitney....I dont have the number but if you google them and go to the website...ask them for this kind of service

i called and I am getting a 56 passenger bus for 8 hours and its 925 plus 15% gratuity....so maybe its shorter hours that you need it it will be cheaper...

Re: Help with Bus to/from church

Can everyone give an idea of cost on this type of thing, we were originally getting a limo bus for bridal party and then going to do shuttles for everyone else, but it seems like it might be more practical to just skip the limo bus and get a big coach bus instead.
