NWR - Car Warranty

Ok ... so I have an '03 VW Jetta... and the 4-yr warranty from the dealer expires in Oct.

My question is - should I renew the warranty? I have 21,000 miles on my car (FH does all the driving)

Can anyone recommend a reasonable/good company to extend my warranty?

TIA!

Also - I was offered 5yr/75000 for $1600 - is that a good price?

Re: NWR - Car Warranty

Cesca Bella!!

I just called Pete for you. He said 1,600 is a great deal...where from?

He also said......he absolutely thinks you should get it..especially since its a volkswagen....BUT he said the best company to get an extended warranty through.....is Volkswagen itself. He said they may be a little pricier...but because of the cost of the parts and to fix it...they are far worth it.

They are such great cars..and rarely will you have a problem...but the one time you do...Ma'donn its $$$$. So he suggests going through VW....hope that helps!

Re: NWR - Car Warranty

DEFINATLY go for an extended warranty.. It's worth it in the longrun.. I don't know prices but I do know how cr@ppy it is to have car issues on brand new cars and have to pay for it out of pocket

It is a good price to extend your warranty.
