I had a salad: lettuce, tomato, onions, 2% shredded cheese, oil and vinegar topped with 3 oz of tuna, and a laughing cow cheese.
I also had a Snapple diet lime green tea

LOL, yeah it's bad... but actually, i have had a non-existent appetite for over a week now. i will have a bowl of cereal in the morning and then sometimes nothing for the rest of the day besides of a bottle of water or maybe a nutri-grain bar... it's really odd but i have NO desire to eat lately. i think maybe b/c my sinuses are acting up, who knows. but it usually goes: bowl of cereal in the morning, nothing or a drink with a small snack for lunch and then most of the time nothing for dinner-- maybe some toast. all i ate this past saturday was two pancakes in the morning and then a milk shake at 7pm-- THAT WAS IT! my FH wanted to kill me lol he's "worried about my health"

i throw away half my sandwhich every day - lol its the only way i can diet. . .it has to be in the garbage like actually TOUCHING garbage so i wont be tempted LOL

ugh! a cornocopia of crap!
my lunch made no sense! we have a caf in our building and so i grabbed a grilled pork chop ( they looked good), along with some rice, and then my squash had curry in it, unbeknownst to me! yuk! waste!
and i saw some buffalo wings, so i grabbed a few!
i hated my lunch!
i am def. going to raid the m&m machine

I was a huge pig today!! Me and 5 co-workers went to a diner at lunch today and I had a chicken gyro with onion rings & french fries. Thank god I'm wearing a skirt w/stretch in it today!!
