Reception Halls for people on a budget

The last time I wrote I was desperately searching for a reception hall that my fiance and I could afford. Well I started calling American Legion Post. They offer use of their banquet halls for 4 hrs for cheap. I mean I found one that has a room that holds 180 and they only want $450 for the time. They provide a bartender.( You have to pay ofcourse). But if you do an open bar and have people tip him you might not have to pay the bartender much if anything out of pocket. They also allow you to bring in your own food and you have to decorate the space.
