Need help with wedding gift for MIL's wedding

Hi All,

My MIL is getting married this fall and I'm at a loss as to what kind of wedding gift to give.

My DH (who is an only child) and I don't want to give money and my MIL and her fiancee already have 2 of everything.

She is not having a shower and hasn't registered for anything, so what do I do?

Any ideas? I've though about personalized gifts (frames, albums, throws, etc.). Someone I work with suggested his and her watches.

I also thought about paying for their wedding night accommdations and having personalized bathrobes and slippers for them.

I don't know. Any other ideas?

are they going on a honeymoon? How about booking something special for them on their honeymoon, like a spa thing or a romantic dinner? Maybe an excursion they'd like? Champagne in their room? You can arrange it with their travel agent and put the details in a card!

I love the idea of his/her watches if you can swing it and get nice ones! That's really cute and sweet IMO.
