I was completely sympthazing with many of your JT issues - not that I had them with EW, but I had the same kind of incompetencies when dealing with other vendors.
HOWEVER, you wedding was clearly beautiful, and so were you. We had very similar CPs! You looked so "fresh"...you made a beautiful bride. Congrats!!!!

Good for you that you didn't let JT ruin the happiness of your day. I experienced a LOT of the same things you did with them, wound up regretting my choice of hall but just didn't let it ruin my happiness that day.

so sorry you had a bad experience with JT. Al was my maitre d too and when i went for my final meeting he was out sick! so i had to go back AGAIN and give final instructions to him when he got back into work. i didnt meet my minimum either so they threw in the chair covers, cordial bar and the mini viennese trays. but the day of the wedding they never brought out the viennese trays! i was very upset about it but i didnt realize it until after the wedding! overall, i still loved my JT experience but there were definitely some kinks in the road!!!
