shuttle from hotel to reception hall and back

Looking for a 20-25 passenger van or bus to transport my guests from the Hampton Inn in Commack to the Larkfield Manor in East Northport. September 16, 2006.
pick up at hotel 5:15 pm
pick up at hall 12:30 pm.
