I just came across this...so I thought I would pass it on to my fellow scrapbookers.

For every hobby, there is a whole subculture of fans with their own language and ways.

I went to the first site 'Two Peas in a Bucket' and I'm amazed. I have no idea what these terms mean and didn't know it was such a widespread thing. What's a 'crop' anyway??

I'm a little confused.

Not sure what the site is referring to but i know in the scrapbooking stuff I do...crop is usually put together with other words like crop night or croptoberfest. Which is a day of cutting and scrap booking. Crop in general means when you cut the photos to different shapes and sizes. Not sure if it helps...

Warning, once you start you will get addicted. I am already trying to figure out to plan a nice scrapbooking space in my new house.

If you need any help with anything else, let me know. I am definitly not an expert, but I know a few people who are.

Yeah sometimes it is hard to picture how you want to do those layouts. I have been trying to finish my dating scrapbook before the wedding...and time has become my enemy.

Though if you need ideas, looking through some layouts that others did can spark some creative juices. Also, I find that I can get two or three pages that are creative before my ideas run out.

i really want to put a wedding scrapbook together but i have never done it before and have no idea where to even start.

anyone have tips?
