Almost all, but there are still some uncertainty's with the guest list, so not those questionable people.

just some, work people and the B list did not get STDs, but all family and close friends got them

For Me I am going to send the definates on my wedding list - family and friends....

(my FBIL when they got married they sent out Save the Dates...When we were chatting with another couple that received a STD but never received a wedding invitation...oooops) So I am going to try to be careful about that...

We had a somewhat small engagement party with just family and a few close friends (and that was over 100 people). We figured these are the most important people so we gave them out with the favors.
