On Mineola Blvd. between Jericho Tpke and Old Country Rd. - its about 4 blocks from the Mineola Train Station.

It's too bad we moved to Manhattan, otherwise I'd be at the open house in a second! But for anyone looking at this post and possibly interested in this condo, I just wanted to say that I lived down the block from this building for 3 years and it's in a really great location. Very safe and very convenient to the hospital, Roosevelt Field, etc.

The train is a few blocks away and it's about a 40-45 minute commute to Penn Station. In the mornings there's also a train that goes to Hunters Point Ave if you're like me and need to get to Grand Central instead. There's a gas station right across the street for those who don't commute by train, and a lot of cute, local restaurants. I used to live in a nearby co-op and this condo is priced very well for the neighborhood

I've seen your building so many times when I was at the gas station (he had the BEST prices!) and always thought it was so gorgeous.

Manhattan has a lot of restaurants, but I still haven't found pizza or wings better than at Massaro's.

And I really miss going to that restaurant Slates - the chef was always so sweet and would come out to our table.

I have sworn off Massaro's in preperation for the wedding! It is just too good and sooo bad for you! I just love teh gas station b/c they pump it for you!
