I did something wedding related! DIY aisle runner, with pics.

we transferred the image using a digital projector

then traced the image on the aisle runner I purchsed from EBay with a pencil

and filled in color with brown textile pen & paint.

not completed just yet...

oh and I got the vases and river rock for our favors. I will order the bamboo a little closer to the wedding date. Total cost per favor - $2.40. (under budget!!

well considering I TOTALLY owe you one for the fans, maybe I could help you out.

there is no helping me....
actually you just sort of created a little spark for me to give it a try so I am searching ebay for a cloth aisle runner as we speak!! I figure I can embroider and I have a projector so worse case scenario when I make a mess of the paint job, I cut the aisle runner into table runners and embroider them...or I toss the whole thing in the trash and blame you for giving me the idea!!!!

it's not that hard, just time consuming. If you have the projector go for it. Let me know if you need any help!
