Silly question - how to make a bow look nice?

In the below picture, I really like the ribbon at the top. How is this done? I know it's a silly question.

Thread the ribbon through the two holes from the front. Then tie it in a knot in the back. Then thread them through the back to the front and cut the edges to make them look nice!! I hope this made sense!

and for some reason FH are GREAT

Thanks! See, I knew it would be easy, that's why I felt silly asking.

In that picture, the middle of the bow looks thicker, I thought there was something else to do in the middle.

I found that the more rigid the ribbon, the better the bows look. And the ones with the wire in it make the best bows but if you smoosh them, they don't bounce back!
