Did you tip after your Engagement Photo Shoot?

I tried searching for this and maybe I'm not typing in the appropriate words or phrases but if anyone knows can they please fm me about this topic or post what they are planning to do? If your tipping around how much is appropriate? Thanks Ladies!

I asked this question last week and got no response. I had my e-pics last friday and did not tip-- we really werent sure what to do and hesitated before we left. We were originally going to do the pics outside but it rained and i didnt want to reschedule so we did it indoors. We didnt end up tipping, but i think we would have if we had done it outside - since the photog would have had to travel to our location. Hope this helps

Personally, I would't tip the photog. To me, tipping is for services provided in full. You don't get your prints right away. And what if they are awful, or he didn't getany of the shots you wanted etc.

We tried to tip of photographer - but he wouldn't take it.

We tipped... our session was only suppose to be 2 hrs, but including travel time between different locations, it took 4.

it's kinda like tipping for a trial? i won't do it either, haven't even though of it, i already am paying so much for photography!

We tried to tip our photographer but he wouldnt accept it. We did tip his assistant though.

We tipped $20 for photo shoot and $30 for him cropping and editing a pic for our invitations.

I'm really glad to see this post because we had ours last week and we didn't tip but only because I wasn't sure what to do. I think that I will just give a bigger tip at the wedding.
