Re: hotel info for OOT guests-please help

why dont you block rooms at a hotel near your hall since you have OOT guests They dont make you pay for the rooms that dont get booked, so block some, include the info with the invite and RELAX.

You don't have to include hotel info, but it's nice for people who don't want to drive back home.

It doesn't have to be the same hotel you are staying at. Find one that is within 10 minutes or so of the reception hall and block rooms. The hotel should not charge you for unused rooms - if they try, find a different hotel.

Re: hotel info for OOT guests-please help

Your best bet is to find one near the RH. Just make sure that you are NOT responsible for the rooms if they arent booked. Each hotel has its own policy. But most just hold them up until 30 days prior to the event date then just release them.
Dont stress over this, good luck! You can even ask your hall which hotel them recommend sometimes the hotel works with the hall and will even have a shuttle bus to pick the guest up and take them to the hotel (so no one has to worry about drinking and driving)
