Quote for Hair and Makeup

Looking for a quote for Hair and Makeup day of. I would prefer in home the day of :

Me-Bride
2 maids of honor
4 Bridesmaids

Ceremony is at 12 noon and photographer will start at my home approx 9:30am. MH's and BM's should be ready for approx 10AM-10:15AM.

My mom's house is located in Western Nassau County. We have plenty of room, so if more than one person for each, its ok.
