How do you word your reception card if you have a gap btwn ceremony & reception??

How should I word my reception card?? My ceremony is at 4:30PM at a church and my cocktail hour starts at 7PM?? Do you still say:

Reception Immediately Following
The Oldfield Club
86 West Meadow Road
Setauket, New York

(even though it's not immediately following and the reception starts at 7PM)

or do I say:

Seven o'clock Reception
The Oldfield Club
86 West Meadow Road
Setauket, New York

Also, if I wanted to add 'cocktails, dinner and dance reception' or something like that - how would that go??

And last but not least, if I am going to have shuttle service for out of town guests is that something you would mention somewhere in the direction card or hotel info insert OR do you just spread that by word of mouth??

Thanks! I'm awful at this stuff....

Re: How do you word your reception card if you have a gap btwn ceremony & reception??

I wrote:

Reception
Cocktails served at six o'clock in the evening
Dinner and Dancing to follow
Lombardi's on the Sound
Port Jefferson, New York

It was all centered like the invitation.

As far as the shuttle info, I would add it to the hotel info card - or you can do a combo card that has directions on the front and then hotel and shuttle info on the back. That way you wouldn't have a million inserts!
