New Job...

Hi Girls.. I need some assistance..
I went on a job interview yesterday and I know they are going to offer me the job (one of my mother's clients is a head honcho in the office and called to tell my mom everything after it was all over)..
Now.. I know there are questions I want to ask them.. Eg.. What is the Dress Code, and when do the benefits begin and with what company (I asked yesterday but I want more claification).. I know there are more things I should ask about, but I just can't think of them.. Can you girls help me with things I should ask.. I know I get 2 weeks vacation and 6 personal/sick day and 1 floating holiday.. see, I work in banking now and get off all the federal holidays.. I don't know if it's the same with this company.. OK.. you get the idea.. Any help would be MUCH appreciated!! Thanks, Dayna

ASK IF THERE IS AN EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK. THEY SHOULD, AND IT WILL HAVE ALL THE ANSWERS FOR YOU. OR, MAYBE YOU CAN SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN HR.

you need all these things in writing before you sign everythign. start dates for benefits, when you are elligible for vacation, bonus structure, etc.
