Honeymoon: Where to go? Need recomendation!!

Fiji, the Caribbean or Mexico? We are looking for a beautiful beach and blue sky... Hopefully less crowded place. Also, do you know a good travel agency? My friend told me apple vacation is good.
Need your opinion!

There is a HM forum but i will tell you. I research liked MAD!!!! ANd i am very happy w/ my decision to go to Secrets Excellence in Rivera Maya, Mexico. I think there are a few 06 brides going there too.
Do a search for it.

I did a TON of research...I am getting married in 2 weeks (from today!!!!) and we are going to Sandals Antigua. I will let you know how it is! I have heard really great things about it and its all inclusive...so you don't have to worry about a thing!

I loved Jamiaca. We did a honeymoon cruise that went to Grand Caymen, Cozemel & Jamiaca.

Fiji is a loooooooong plane right, like a day long.. From NY to Tahiti is only about 12 hours!! Keep that in mind!!

we went to a little island called virgin gorda in the british virgin islands... it was amazing!!! sooo not built up and touristy, most days we took out one of the resort's little boats to one of the tiny islands nearby, and had the beach pretyt much al to ourselves... it was awesome!
we stayed at the bitter end yacht club, but there is also little dix bay resort, and biras creek resort. bitter end was great- all inclusive. the rooms could use updating, but the mattresses were new and comfy, and thats all that mattered anyway, since we were only in the room to sleep.... definitey worth looking into if you're looking for a laid back, not built up island

We are going to Tahiti.. but I had wanted to do Fiji. I think if you can do Fiji and dont mind the travel... go for it. I went thru In and Out Travel, they are great.

One year from this weekend we'll be going to the Sandals resort in the Bahamas.

fiji sounds great, i am not quite sure of the weather then, but i was looking to go last july, but decided against it b/c they are in the cooler temps june-august or so...

I would go to Fiji....so exotic and different.....not a lot of people have been to Fiji, but a lot of people have been to the Caribbean.

It's your HM -- I say go to the most exotic unusual place you'll likely never visit again...Fiji! Also, IMO, since you are bordering on hurricane season, I'd stay away from the carribbean and mexico (unless you're going to the west coast part of mexico.)

We went to Paradise Island, Bahamas ....Atlantis Hotel
It was heaven on earth! Check out our honeymoon pics for some beautiful shots!!

Wish we could afford to go every year!
It was expensive but absolutely worth every penny!
Only a short plane ride and now Jet Blue flies direct to there!

I second Secrets Excellence in Riviera Maya. That's were I am going for my HM in August. It got awesome reviews on Tripadvisor.com. That is a great website to look at. You can actually book it through secretsresorts.com.

Fifi is more on the $$ side. Like Tahiti

I would recommend Dominican Republic.

If price is not a problem... pick Fiji. Gorgeous!

i would highly recommend St. John in the USVI - it was amazing. we had the best time and excellent weather. we stayed at the westin st. john and rented a villa - it was AWESOME!!
