You can try 1800myfavors.com. They are in Farmingdale on 109 but I am not sure if they wrap or not. The lady Joyce there has been very helpful to me so far.

try Hallmark for GOOD, cheap, white paper.

I don't like paper that rips easily, so I try to stick with Hallmark. And they sell the solid colored 'value pack' paper.

We're doing spring brights for our colors, pinks and green mainly. I kind of wanted either hot pink or raspberry paper, and bright green ribbon.

They definitely have other solid colors, besides white. I KNOW I've seen pink and green, among others.
