DJ Pricing

Hello,

We went to see a dj last night and his quote was $1695. I don't have much experience w. dj pricing so I was wondering if this is the going rate. Any feedback would be very helpful! Thanks.

Price is completely dependent on what you're getting - DJ alone or DJ & MC? Lights and special effects? Giveaways? That sort of thing.
