Groomsmen's attire???

So My colors for my wedding is yellow and white to follow my daisy theme. Here is my dilema...my grandmother said that if the guys wear black that in my pictures we will look like bumble bees. Now that i am thinking about it, i think she may be right.

My FH refuses to wear white,(which I dont want either)Then I was thinking tan suits (kinda like a golden color) and ALMOST everyone thinks that it would be nice beings it is a summer day wedding;including Fh and other groomsmen.

On the other hand,FMIL isn't to fond of this...she wants her son to wear a tux. Opinions please...do you think it is stupid for all the guys to wear suits?

As long as you pick a yellow that isnt GOLDEN and BRIGHT they will not look like bees! Someone wore yellow to my senior prom and they looked very nice

I am doing more like a butter yellow than school bus yellow...but i am still nervous!!!!

I agree, a butter yellow won't like like bees...maybe if you add some brightly colored flowers it will break up the colors a little more. I think the tan suits are a nice idea, but it depends on the style of your wedding...good luck!

Snatch up FH and go to a tux place and put one on him-that will help you decide if you even like it

that isnt too bad- you can even do what im doing- my color is pink so im having the guys wear a black suit with a black vest and a pink tie (yellow in your case)

A pale yellow with black tuxes they will not look like bumblebees and your girls can hold different shades of yellow and another color for Boks

I agree. Try to find the palest yellow you can and it should be fine.

I am using Yellow as well and doing a more pale yellow.. I have seen a black tux with the pale yellow in a bridal magazine and it was gorgeous..
