Quotes needed for guest shuttle bus

I would like to provide a shuttle for my guests from the Long Island Marriott in Uniondale to the reception at Jericho Terrace.

Reception start time is: 6:00
Reception ends: 11:00
Date: July 8, 2006
Approximately 40 guests
I'm hoping for either a bus than can handle all the guests or a smaller bus that can make 2-3 trips.
