Repost from '06 Board: Need Bridesmaids Gift advice and ideas

Ok,

I know I want to get my BM's the jewelry for the wedding day as their gift from me. But, with the dress we picked, I just don't think a necklace will fit. It just seems like too much on top to me. Maybe I am wrong though?

So, any suggestions would be so very appreciated.

OHH! And one of my BM's does NOT have her ears pierced...

I can't really have them wearing silver jewelry either, because my dress is all about the gold...with a gold sash.

Here's the BM dress. We are getting it in mint.

I think a nice simple necklace would be nice.

What about a bracelet with green crystals?? I think a necklace with a drop to it would work with the neckline on the dress.
