Finding reception sites in NYC

I already booked my place but I was looking for a variety of reception halls and found that NYC & Company , NYC's official office of tourism, was very helpful. I called and told them what I wanted as far as location and size, and in a few days they sent out my information to about 70 places and within hours I was getting calls.

I definately saw a lot of places I would have never found because they didn't advertise.
